LENGENUITY ALERTS

Providing your cell phone number to Lengenuity gives consent for Lengenuity to send you text messages related to the services you have requested. Text alerts provide a secure and easy way to receive information about your loan serviced by Servicing Solutions. These alerts are optional, and you may opt out at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not required.

Cost

Lengenuity does not charge for sending or receiving text messages; however, message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and wireless plan.

Opting Out

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from Lengenuity, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive. You can also request to opt out by contacting us via email. Once we process your request, no further messages will be sent unless you choose to opt in again in the future.

Text Terms Sample

By providing us with your mobile number and opting in, you give Lengenuity permission to send you account-related text messages, like payment reminders and notifications, in conjunction with the services you have requested. Message frequency may vary by account. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, text STOP to any text message we send you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you. To request support, text HELP to any text message we send you or email us at lengenuity@servicingsolutions.com. If your handset does not support MMS, any MMS messages sent may be delivered as SMS messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.

Your text messaging opt-in data and consent details will not be shared with any third parties not required for our everyday business purposes except when explicitly authorized by you.

Lengenuity alerts are an automated loan alert service for informational purposes only. Lengenuity makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of any alert. Text messaging should not be used for time-sensitive instructions or confidential matters. By using this service, you consent to receive messages through automated or non-automated technology. Servicing Solutions, LLC reserves the right to remove any mobile number from the service without notice. By using this service, you agree to these terms, which are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes related to this service shall be resolved in state or federal courts in Texas.
